The Vortex Trainer is CM Labs' most affordable construction crane and heavy equipment simulator. Designed for a classroom environment, the Vortex Trainer mounts conveniently on a desktop and makes it easier than ever for training organisations to deploy CM Labs' entire catalogue of lifting and earth-moving equipment training modules.

- QUICK SET-UP. The Vortex Trainer is designed to adapt to any classroom environment. Controls attach quickly to any standard desk, and height can be adjusted as needed.
- COMPLETE WORKSITE AWARENESS. With a single display, trainees have the views they need to do the job. Special controls on the touch screen allow students to switch between “follow the hook” mode or “fixed camera” mode, as well as changing their point of view with the touchscreen controls.
- BUILT TO LAST. Vortex Trainer controls are from the same manufacturers that provide controls for real construction cranes and vehicles. They feel and operate just like the real equipment. The Vortex Trainer is powered by a rugged industrial PC that can be positioned as needed to minimise the simulator footprint.
- READY FOR ANY TRAINING MODULE. The Vortex Trainer provides the same field-proven learning content delivered by CM Labs on all its training solutions, from tower crane, mobile crane, and overhead crane modules, to modules for boom truck, excavator, wheel loader, and backhoe loader training. Controls and pedals can be adapted and configured accordingly.
- OPERATOR TOUCHSCREEN. The touchscreen makes it easy for the student to log in and switch between training exercises, and also acts as the equipment computer interface, including safe load indicator (LMI/SLI), auxiliary controls, and operator's dashboard.
