Description
Refrigeration Trainer, Demonstrator TU-420 is designed to study the basic principles of the operation of temperature maintenance systems, made in a compact version. This kit will allow students to understand the operation of air conditioning systems in different modes, and the transparent inserts will allow you to directly see the movement of the refrigerant through the pipelines and visually evaluate the process of heat and mass transfer in heat exchangers.
The kit is indispensable for qualitative training in the profile of "Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation" and "Industrial Heat Power Engineering", as well as the consolidation of knowledge in the disciplines:
- Air conditioning and cooling;
- Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning;
- Air conditioning systems;
- Heat supply, ventilation, air conditioning, gas supply and lighting;
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning of buildings and structures.
Main technical characteristics:
- Electrical requirements: 220VAC, 50 Hz, 15A;
- Overall size (WхLхH): 762 mm х 330 mm x 762 mm;
- Shipping weight: 52 kg;
- Refrigerant: Freon R134A;
- Compressor: sealed, piston.
Features:
This refrigeration demonstrator uses the 4 main parts of the refrigeration system (condenser, compressor, evaporator and control device) that demonstrate basic refrigeration principles. The components then work together to cool a small enclosed refrigerator compartment fully featured with an electronic temperature control device.
- Components arranged to illustrate the cycle nature of refrigeration.
- 3 strategically located explosion-proof sight glasses permit monitoring of the refrigerant as it circulates throughout the entire refrigeration system.
- 220 VAC with circuit breaker.
- Comes completely assembled, charged with refrigerant, and ready to operate.
- Includes Lab Manual.
- Includes an iManifold Kit for full diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of system components.
