Description

This set is a cut-away model of a 4-stroke diesel engine with indirect fuel injection. This interactive model can be used to:

• Manually engage the engine at any desired speed due to the crank handle operation.
• llustrate the indirect injection, complete with injection pump, injector, pre-chamber, preheating glow plug, cooling system, distribution circuit, etc.
• Efficiently simulate the active stage of the cycle with a small bulb that lights up during the expansion phase.

The model is intended for demonstration of a design, studying of a working principle, an estimation of working capacity, receptions on maintenance service and repair. The use of this visual aid makes it possible to significantly accelerate and qualitatively improve the learning process due to its clarity and the ability to focus students' attention on a particular component of the device (functional element, node or part) presented in close-up.
