Description

Six Freedom Robot Training System

  • This trainer is suitable for the teaching and training of courses such as electromechanical equipment installation and maintenance, electromechanical technology application, electric operation and control, electrical technology technology application,
  • PLC technology, robotic technology and so on.
  • This robot system is formed by robot, action object and action environment, including robot mechanical system, driving system, control system and sensing system. It is a typical mechatronics system.
  • By training on this equipment, trainees can achieve knowledge for robot manufacturing technology in industrial applications, such as the arc welding robot, spot welding robot, painting robot, assembly robot, etc.
  • Robot of six freedom is used for this trainer, coming with features of space saving, high moving accuracy, wide actuation range, high movement speed, high safety, etc.
  • Safety protections: grounded, lead protection, safety in accordance with related standards. Insulated safety sockets, sheathed cables and wires.

 Features

  1. This trainer adopts Mitsubishi industrial robot for the simulation of working environment and state in industrial field (manufactured parts assembly, grasp, placement, etc).
  2. The training table top is made of industrial aluminum alloy profile, coming with open type T-slot for easy dismounting and components addition.
  3. Working process:
  • Feed unit 1 supplies circular workpiece A with hole in middle
  • Feed unit 2 supplies cylindrical workpiece B which has the same size as the hole in workpiece A
  • Robot grasps workpiece A and put it on assembly platform (rotates 180 degree if the hole faces down)
  • Robot grasps workpiece B and assemble it into the hole of workpiece A
  • Robot grasps assembled workpiece C and put it into six-position warehouse
  • Palletizing platform is used to achieve the linear arrangement of workpiece
  • Drawing platform (with pen) is used to achieve drawing programming of robot
