Current model of the conveyor

Description

The current model of the conveyor is a multifunctional test bench of the conveyor type. The design of the layout provides for laboratory, research, and scientific experiments in the laboratory. The stand provides the ability to move bulk material in a closed loop.

A valid conveyor model consists of the following elements:

• horizontal belt conveyor;
• sensor "conveyor scales";
• inclined scraper conveyor;
• bunker and bunker scale sensor;
• sensor “magnetic frame - recorder”;
• demonstration illumination of nodes;
• protective cap;
• shipping box.

The main structure is made of thin sheet steel; secondary plastic parts; conveyor belt made of sheet rubber with a thickness in the range of 0.9 - 1.1 mm. Movement of conveyors is provided by motors with speed controllers. Smooth running is provided by bearings and adjustable tension of the conveyor belt. As a granular material, copper-plated steel balls with a diameter in the range of at least 4.4 mm and a maximum of 4.6 mm are used, in an amount that provides coverage for the upper surface of conveyor belts in the range of at least 10% and maximum 15%. Inclined conveyor has blades. The material of the protective cap is plexiglass.
