Description
Rope Testing Machine (Rope Testing Machine) is designed for tensile testing of steel ropes, chains, special tools and textile lines. The testing of products occurs by stretching to a certain amount of force created by the high pressure pumping station.
The stand is equipped with a double-acting hydraulic cylinder controlled by the pumping station, it is supplied with a hand pump, which can be replaced by a more efficient pump station with an electric drive.
The stand is completed:
- set of adapters of textile lines with a width
- unit for testing textile sling up to 16 meters
- adapters for steel ropes under the entire range of the scales
- block for testing of chain slings up to 16 meters long
Key features of the stand:
- The screw system of preliminary pulling of a sling, providing minimization of a working course of the hydraulic cylinder.
- It consists of several interconnected sections, which facilitates their transportation and installation in the workplace.
- The load is monitored by means of a manometer and a load cell located between the boom support and the rod of the hydraulic cylinder.
- By agreement, the stand can be equipped with a system for registering and automatically issuing a report with preservation in the database.

- Traction effort: from 10, 50, 100, 150, 200 tons;
- Diameter of cable ropes tested: up to 64 mm;
- Length of tested slings: Without additional tools -8 m. With additional attachments - 16 m;
